Meat and fish processing seminar set

A seminar on meat and fish processing will be held on Saturday, October 6 at the SMX Convention Center  mezzanine floor, Room 12, at the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

The seminar is organized by the Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program.

The seminar will feature how to make longganisa in its various variants, pork tocino, beef tapa, bacon,pork and chicken ham, Chinese sausage, embutido, quekiam, pork and bangus sisig, Spanish and tomato sardines, squid and fish ball, and other processed food products.

In addition, there will be presentations on achara and peanut butter making, bangus deboning, and chocolate molding and packaging.
