ISSI to run ‘WOW’ world-class customer service training for MSMEs

The University of the Philippines Institute for Small-Scale Industries (UP ISSI) will conduct a customer service training course for small and medium enterprises entitled “Winning Strategy for a World Class Customer Experience” or WOW on April 25 to May 30.

The course will tackled questions relating to customer relations, like:  How do you create WOW experiences for the customer? How do you make your customers come back for more of your products and services?

To be run for six consecutive Saturdays, the course is meant for business owners, managers, supervisors, team leaders, customer service professionals, marketing professionals and front liners engaged in customer interface.

Some highlights of the course content are:  knowing and understanding customers , effective communication for excellent customer service, guidelines in handling customer inquiries, promoting a culture of service excellence, understanding best practices/benchmarking., measuring and managing customer  satisfaction.

In the context of a business, customers include both internal and external customers.

At the end of the program, participants are expected to be able to develop a winning strategy for world-class customer experience.
