Dr. Herminia Fajardo receives outstanding service award at last year’s annual membership meeting.
All members of SERDEF are urged to attend the Foundation’s annual general membership meeting to be held next Tuesday, May 12, at 9:00 a.m. at the School of Labor and Industrial Relations (SOLAIR), Bonifacio Hall, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.
SERDEF President Paterno V. Viloria will report on the activities and accomplishments of the Foundation for the year 2014 as well as give an outlook of what may be expected in the years ahead. SERDEF Treasurer Editha A. Reyes will, on the other hand, present the Foundation’s financial picture as of December 31, 2014.
Another highlight of the meeting will be presentations of the progress of current major SERDEF projects — Optimizing Potentials for Entrepreneurship (OPEN), Building an Enterprising Society Today (BEST), and Product Development Strategies of Micro and Small Business — by the respective project managers.
The meeting will be followed by an election of trustees who will occupy the six seats in the Board of Trustees that will be vacated this year. The new Board will then elect the officers who will lead the Foundation for 2015-2016.
Outstanding SERDEF members/trustees will also be recognized during the event.
