The Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) recently announced it is now accepting nominations for the Gawad-Galing sa Negosyo Award 2016, an annual competition among micro and small enterprises who have achieved business excellence.
The Award seeks to recognize micro and small businesses with outstanding practices in employment generation and preservation, plans and operations, internal and external relations, and other unique and cutting-edge programs and activities.
Micro enterprises are defined as those employing one to nine workers, while small enterprises, as those with ten to 99 employees.
Nomination forms can be downloaded from www.ecop.org.ph. Nominations may then be sent to the ECOP secretariat at research.ecop.org.ph, emailed to [email protected] or faxed to Tel. 8988576.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners.
