The Family Enterprise Excellence Conference (FEEC) will be held on October 26 at the Raddison Blue Hotel Cebu City, according to Premier Family Business Consulting, Inc. (PFBC), which is organizing the event.
The conference will tackle the challenges and opportunities facing family businesses in the country through presentations by experts and sharing of experiences and best practices among family businesses.
Now on its third year, FEEC will focus on the theme “United, we unite families in business.”
The line-up of speakers include: family enterprise consulting pioneer Dr. Dennis Jaffe who will discuss “Bridging the gap between the senior and younger generations;” inspirational speaker Francis Kong who will tackle “The value of family unity and parenting,” Leonora Salvane of GT Coesmtics and Edward Hayco of the Port Restaurant who will talk about “Founder’s challenge in family business,” and Charles Ong of Innoland and Edmund Liu who will present “Second-generation challenges.”
Assets and ownership expert Atty. Jim Lopez will talk on the great value of “The family constitution” as well as its limitations. Edward Roguel of the Punongbayan & Araullo will give a presentation on “Inescapable taxation Challenges for families in business” while Dr. Cecilio Pedro of Happee Toothpaste and Lamoiyan Industries will be talking on “Learning from an experienced successful family business.”
