As in previous years, the Technical Education for Skills Development Agency (TESDA) will again offer  to the public no-tuition fee online courses for the purpose of making more accessible skills development and technical education opportunities to Filipino citizens.

The program is open to all – professionals, youth, students, laborers, the employed and underemployed, including overseas Filipino workers or OFWs as long as they desire to learn new or upgrade their skills.

Enrolling in online programs, such as what the TESDA conducts, will give participants the convenience of studying in their own time, their own pace, and their own place, provided it is equipped with a laptop or desk computer and a high-speed internet service.   On the other hand, the program will not award training certificates to all  those who complete the course, except if they pass a face-to-face assestment test given by the Tesda assessment center.
