The photographs were judged according to: compliance with the objectives, technical factors (composition, use of lighting and color, etc.), and uniqueness, including the “wow” factor.
The judging took place on August 26 with a panel of judges composed of Chito Madrono (chairman), Maldwyn de Pano, and Precy Brady, all known entrepreneurs who also dabble in photography.
The winners may claim their prizes starting Friday, September 6 at the SERDEF offices, 3rd floor, UP Institute for Small-Scale Industries, UP Diliman campus, Tel. 355`53438.
The top winner will receive an I-pad Mini while the runner-up awardees will win Android tablets.
